Eligibility

  1. Condition: The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with no stains, no wear and tear, and all tags attached.

  2. Packaging: Please return the jacket in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and free gifts.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at [sales@azeemdesigns.ca] to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the jacket.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the jacket and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Provide the tracking number to our customer service team once the jacket has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned jacket, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria (Eligibility).

  2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  3. Exchange: If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned jacket.

Exceptions

  1. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Price Difference Due to Sale: If the price of the jacket you purchased is reduced due to a sale within 14 days of your purchase date, we will provide you with a coupon code for the price difference.
